As President Trump decries out-of-control crime in cities, he lists a number of familiar targets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago. It’s also interesting to note Trump’s language here as he’s describing some residents of American cities as “caravans of mass youth.” He is substituting one word from his usual attacks against “caravans of mass migrants.”
